Digital Citizenship

Digital technology is everywhere these days and we want our Parsons Green learners to feel confident using technology well to help with their lives and learning. It’s also important that we learn about how we can use digital technologies to contribute to society in a range of positive and responsible ways.

This digital skills wheel (taken from the World Economic Forum website) shows the important areas we are exploring with our pupils so that they feel confident that they are able to use digital technologies effectively and safely. What is it? A programming language and online community

Recommended age? P4-P7

What’s it good for? Lots! You can create games, animations and interactive stories and share them online. You can also see how other people have created their projects and tinker with them to see what happens if you change some of the elements.
