The Children and Young People’s Commissioner in Scotland (CYPCS), is called Bruce.

He is very keen that everyone knows about their rights. We have reached the Silver level of the Rights Respecting Schools Award and we’re working towards Gold so we already know a lot about rights – but does your whole family?
