Dyslexia Scotland South-East Branch Event

Why not join our South East branch volunteers and Hilary Aitken, Chartered Teacher (Lead) Literacy/ Dyslexia Support Team, City of Edinburgh Council, who will give an overview of:

1. knowledge and understanding of literacy difficulties / dyslexia,
2. the City of Edinburgh Council process for identification and support of literacy difficulties/ dyslexia; and
3. how to support your child.

This event will take place on Zoom on 27 April at 7pm.

Transition to Primary 1 – The City of Edinburgh Council

All parents and carers with a child starting school in August are welcome to Parsons Green on Wednesday 8th June at 6pm for an induction meeting. There will be an opportunity to visit current P1 classrooms, meet the teachers, school nurses, Parent Council and hear an overview of what to expect as your child starts school.
